Start with this gentle 30-minute Morning Movement and Mobility class. While this class is a great way to start your day, you can also practice before bed for a good night's sleep. Class includes a brief centering practice, mobility, yoga, mindful breathing, and relaxation. Our goal is the move every joint, in every direction, every day. So whether you're new to yoga, wanting to sample Julie's style, or looking to keep up with your practice while you're away, you're right where you're supposed to be!
