About me

After years of dealing with her own health and wellness issues, Julie decided to take control of her life and heal her body from the crux. Now she uses the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace and health.

Benevolent spirit, teacher, artist, creator of the Fully Alive Method and Breakthrough Breathwork, Julie has taught yoga and meditation for many years. Trained under various world-renowned teachers, her offerings are a refined mix of Kundalini, Katonah, and Restorative Yoga with specialties in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy. A fifth-generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Julie uses her passionate energy to spread her craft to others, both internationally and to her local community.

Her teachings are tools to develop deep self-awareness, regulation, and empowerment, building equanimity and integrity both on and off the yoga mat. Expect to gain stability, strength, and flexibility in the body, mind, and spirit. Her offerings are open to both beginners and seasoned teachers alike and are trauma-sensitive.
