After years of dealing with her own health and wellness difficulties, Julie decided to take control of her life and heal her body from the crux. Now she uses the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace and health.
Benevolent spirit, teacher, artist, and creator of the Fully Alive Method and Breakthrough Breathwork, Julie Haesche has taught yoga and meditation for many years.
Certified in several styles of yoga and movement, her offerings are an eclectic mix of Hatha, Kundalini, Katonah, and Restorative styles of yoga with specialties in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Yoga Therapy. She infuses mobility work and functional movement into all of her sessions and classes.
As a fifth-generation Usui Reiki Master, she infuses her work with healing, depth, and care. Julie uses her passionate energy to share her craft with others, both internationally and locally within her community, recently winning her an award from Litchfield Magazine as one of the best yoga teachers in the county.
She draws her influence from Zen Buddhist Meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, The 8 Limbs of Yoga, nature, and her studies of anatomy and metaphor. When she is not teaching, she can be found hiking, watercolor painting, cooking, and spending time on the farm where she lives with her partner and rescue kitty.
