Kundalini Yoga for Self-Healing
Often time when our body or mind requires extra attention or healing, it takes us away from our dharma, or purpose in this lifetime. We focus on what needs to be "fixed" and neglect the rest, or we may see avoidance creep in, and over time the ailment worsens. We come to our practice each day so we can make the shifts that are required for the healing process to begin.
Kundalini Yoga for Body Adjustments to Elevate the Spirit
The whole body structure is responsible for our elevation, for our “being-ness.” For various reasons over the course of our lifetime certain muscles become stronger or tighter. As the muscles change, so does the structure of our body. We start to walk, stand, or move differently. Our bones shift. Imbalance happens and irritation sets it. As the structure of our body changes, so does our spirit. Move through a breathing practice to adjust the aura, kriya for body adjustments, deep relaxation, and meditation to elevate the spirit and build inner trust. Practice time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
Breathwork Meditation: Our Attention is a Valuable Currency
Our attention is our most valuable form of currency these days: we earn it, we spend it, and sometimes we lose it. When we dedicate time to our practice each day, we are accruing more and more of our own attention. You can consider your practice as a "pay it forward" to the rest of your day, week, and future self. Journey through various dynamic breathing techniques concluding with a breathwork meditation to accrue deep self-awareness resulting in a more balanced, empowered, and easeful state of being. Practice time: 35 minutes
