A 30 minute Morning Movement and Mobility class to move every joint, in every direction, every day. While this class is a great way to start your day, you can also practice before bed for a good night's sleep. Class includes a brief centering practice, mobility, yoga, mindful breathing, and savasana. So whether you're traveling, having a slow morning and can't make it to class, or social distancing at home, you can keep up with your practice.
