Kundalini Yoga for Self-Healing

Often time when our body or mind requires extra attention or healing, it takes us away from our dharma, or purpose in this lifetime.

We focus on what needs to be "fixed" and neglect the rest, or we may see avoidance creep in, and over time the ailment worsens. We come to our practice each day so we can make the shifts that are required for the healing process to begin.
