The whole body structure is responsible for our elevation, for our “being-ness.”
For various reasons over the course of our lifetime certain muscles become stronger or tighter. As the muscles change, so does the structure of our body. We start to walk, stand, or move differently. Our bones shift. Imbalance happens and irritation sets it. As the structure of our body changes, so does our spirit. Our shoulders around and we close our heart off from the world. Our abdomen constricts and we can no longer take in a full breath. Our pelvis and thigh muscles tighten and our steadiness is compromised.
Move through a breathing practice to adjust the aura, kriya, deep relaxation, and meditation to elevate the spirit and build inner trust.
Practice time: 1 hour and 15 minutes
